mac mail won't come online for 1 ATT account
Mac book pro with Mojave, 1 mail account with att.net went offline and can't bring it online. indicates account or password problem but access to mail via ATT web works fine with password.
Other att email accounts i have work fine with the same imap/smtp settings.
Att after much discussion want to have me get on a $15 month support package, which i did not do, to fix this.
I have deleted and added the account back in on the Mac but to no avail ?
need some help since i think it is possible issue on the mac.
Note that i have not tried the att secure key since my mac is mojave and from what i have read supports OAUTH.
