Why apple say our phones(11pro max) can record 4k 60fps video with all lenses?

I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong but I seem to be having trouble switching between lens when I am recording video.

If I start recording on the wide angle lens (13mm) I can only zoom to 1.5 times and not the 2 times of the telephoto lens (52mm). The 2x is greyed out.

If I start recording on the normal lens (26mm) I can’t use the wide angle lens it wont go below 1 times zoom but I am able to use the telephoto lens fine. Am I doing something wrong? My camera app is set to record 4K @ 60 FPS.
