How can i shorten the notifications sound separately from the phone ringer.
I think it's big problem if the control of the phone ringing and notifications sound from same side

Ringer and notification are controlled by the same ringer setting. I'm guessing that you wish to lower the volume when you say shorten?
Yes i mean that , so how can i lower the volume of notification without lower the volume of Ringer.
