I updated my Apple Watch 6 and the ECG no longer works.

Why is my ECG app on my Apple Watch 6 no longer working since I did the update?

I did that and it did not work. The watch keeps telling me to open my health app on my phone to set up my ECG but when I do it is there and gives me no options to set it up.

Try restarting your phone and watch.

On your phone go to: Settings/General/Reset/Reset All Settings.

This will erase your settings (without losing any data) and will allow you to re-setup the health app and re-enable the ecg app.
