iCloud Drive

the turning on of the iCloud Drive is not working, it opens a window with an upgrade button but when i press on it it wont work and the iCloud Drive wont turn on. help me please

iCloud drive doesnt turn on I am trying to turn on my iCloud drive so I can back up my viber messages but it doesnt work. When I click the sliding icon to make it green, this happens. I need to activate this to do back ups. What to do?

Have you tried the following - restarting, force restarting, signing out of the device and back in?
