Hi there, Bugase!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're having an issue accessing your music on your iPhone. Based on the icon you're seeing, check out this article to  Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC:

"

Available for download

The song isn't downloaded to your device and can only be played when your device is connected to the Internet. To listen to the song offline, tap or click the Download icon  to download it to your device."

Once you've connected to internet and downloaded the music, check to see if you still have an issue accessing the list.

If you're having issues downloading, we recommend checking out this article with steps for How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and quit the Music app. Once it’s closed, Restart your iPhone and test to see if the issues are still going on.

Let us know the results and have a great day!

Some Thoughts:

I. Location Restrictions:

Items are only accessible in the location/region in which they were purchased. So, if you are in a different country, then they would be unavailable to you, when it comes to downloading.

II. Free up Storage:

Note that builtin storage is what it is - it cannot be upgraded. So, some Thoughts:

A. Try clearing "Other"

You storage is probably full because you have taken up as much as it can handle. So, try emptying "Other" storage.

B. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

  • Cookies perform remembrance of certain site-entered data.
  • Cache keeps a snapshot of the last time you visited a site.
