Preview still does not save all markups. Fix this please!

I love preview for its simplicity BUT.....

I did an extensive markup and I have the verbose "do you want to save" enabled. Hit save and come back and my markup is gone. This is not acceptable because I use this for work (not sure why you would markup pdfs otherwise anyways?...that besides the point :) ). Now I have to waste my time and go back thru the whole thing again. This worked before flawlessy . Also please have an option to "disable auto change my sketch into something I do not want" please. I do not need to it try to imagine what I was doing and coming up with something unusable to replace it with..
