Macbook Pro 16 kernel panic when restart / shutdown on Big Sur 11.1

Hello everyone,

Looking for help here: since I updated to Big S 11.1, I started encountering kernel panics almost each time I manually restart or shutdown the mac. Actually, since doesn't look like there's some specific situation (like using certain apps) when it occurs, I don't know where to start to try fix this problem.

Solutions I already tried:

- Ran apple hardware test which revealed no issues; - Ran Disk utility first aid, and again, without problems.

Thanks to anyone wishing to help, I hope it's not just my fault.
