Apple TV Plays Music by Itself

I have been having an issue that I haven 't been able to find any help online with. A few times a week, I will notice that the Apple TV has come on (the light is on) while the TV it is connected to is off. I will turn the TV on to see what it is doing, and just before the TV turns on, the Apple TV will shut off. This has happened this exact way about 20 times over the last couple months now. Then, when I turn on the Apple TV, it shows that it was streaming music from somewhere. It is music I own, but I am not sure if it is coming from iTunes on my computer, from my phone, or from the Apple TV itself. Any ideas as to why it is doing this and how to stop it from happening?
