How do I unlock my Iphone 12 mini, face ID didn't work today and passcode isn't working from old phone transfer. I've been on Itunes and did a restore but it didn't work.

Recovery mode If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

New iphone 12 mini is locked, old passcode not working, won't recognize face ID. Tried restoring via Itunes but wont work. How do I get back into my phone....very frustrated.
