Apple iCloud keeps sending me a message to say I need to update my billing information in Settings. I have done this 3 times now with new billing info so why is iCloud sending me the same message?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Try restarting or performing a forced restart, and see if you’re still getting the message.
