iMac Late 2014 and Big Sur works so bad(

I have iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) and after upgrade with Big Sur it begins to work very slowly and cooling system works hard and loud ALWAYS! Even I don't open any apps. Today I upgraded to 11.1 and it still works so bad( Why do you guys allow my old iMac to support this new OS?!

Try resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

  1. Shut down your Mac, then unplug the power cord.
  2. Wait 15 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
  3. Wait 5 seconds, then press the power button to turn on your Mac.
