I cannot sync my iPhone 11 to my PC Laptop iTunes. I recognized the phone, recommended an upgrade to iOS 14.3, uploaded software, indicated backup, at the end of the progress bar it said "Error. Unable to back up." And no upgrade. HELP!

To troubleshoot this, we'd suggest updating on the device itself. You can back up to iCloud instead. Use the steps from this page: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
