I just purchased my first computer MacBook Air to work from home and I am trying to purchase the subscription for Microsoft 365 and it keeps saying that is blocked even though I created the account with Outlook as they required. I don't know what else to do to make it work. Can anybody help? Also I updated the computer just in case and nothing.
Did you purchase a use Mac?
You must be running macOS 10.14 or higher for compatibility with Microsoft 365.

And what, exactly, are you seeing? What is "blocked"? Are you trying to subscribe through an in app subscription from office apps downloaded from the App Store, or directly from Microsoft?
