Iphone 12 pro - camera problems

Black spot in the photo and video mode of the iphone 12 pro camera. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

We would like to see how we can help. Does there appear to be any dirt or debris on the lens of the iPhone? If you remove the case, does the issue persist? If you restart the iPhone, does the issue return? Follow the steps in this link to restart: Restart your iPhone

The lens already was cleanned and the case don’t interfers with the lens. I already restart the phone and the problem continues. I already had read that can be problems with the isolation froms the lens... this sitaution alteady had happen in previous versions from the iphones... in my opinion is really strange because only happens in photo and video mode at 1x. In other modes the situation don’t happen!!
