Take a Screenshot & Use Photos:
Using your Mac, take a screenshot of this. Then, open it in Photos app. It should be increased in size, being a screenshot opened in Photos. Take a screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support. However, note that by doing this, its resolution may be skewed.
TonyCollinet's suggestion would be easy to do. You can also export to your desktop and open the photo in the Preview app on your Mac. Then, from within Preview, you can go to Tools/Adjust Size and vary the dimensions in the dimension box.

Please note: making an image larger than it was originally as the individual pixels will become fuzzy so the entire image will no longer be clear and crisp, it will look blurry.
You can easily make any image smaller though.
In photos, click an item, and go to file>export.
You can select the size of the image you export in the resulting panel.
