LOOK UP not working

When I highlight a text, usually you can click to copy, look up, share, etc. When I click “look up”, at least since the last two updates, the screen opens blank and immediately disappears.

It is a VERY helpful function, so please let me know what I need to do for it to return. Thanks!

It seems you're having trouble using Look Up and we can help.


Since Look Up requires dictionaries to be downloaded, let's try to make sure you have some installed, or we could even attempt to remove and add them again.


Go to Settings > General > Dictionary.

Make sure you have your desired resources selected, and if some are selected, try to remove and redownload them when you're on Wi-FI by unselecting and selecting them again.
