1 USB port does not work

If you try to insert a flash drive or wireless mouse controller, the devices do not work.

There are entries in the Console app:

AppleUSBHostRequestCompleter::clearPipeStallThreadCall: clearStall for pipe <private> failed (0xe00002e2)

I tried resetting SMC and NVRAM but it didn't work - USB port doesn't work

What should I do?

P.S. The second USB port still works

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Does anyone also has a totally not working usb port on new M1 MacBook air? I bought the MacBook Air M1 in april I had to used Second USB port until now (didn't had any need) but about 3 weeks ago I tried using for first time but there was not response I contacted apple support but they told me to go to a service centre but due to current situation (pandemic) I am not able to Does anyone Have a solution I Can try?

USB issue Macbook Air (Early 2015) I have an issue with my MacBook Air USB port. It can connect to my mouse and etc. but fails when I connect to IPad and my phone. I tried using different cable but it just doesn't work. Similarly for SMC reset (Im not sure if I did the correct steps but I did it as stated above) Hope someone can help me. Thank you

If something is plugged into it try switching what is in the ports.
