Sidecar shortcut?!

I have the new MacBook Air M1, I also have the newest iPad Pro...I work in a collaborative workspace and don't have an office so I use the iPad as a second monitor all the time. Is there a way to connect faster without using the search function for sidecar or going all the way into the preferences? I have "show mirroring options in the menu bar when available" checked and it works great when I'm near my apple TV but not my iPad?! They're always on the same wifi too. Is there a hotkey or shortcut key combination? Can I add SideCar to my dock or control center? This would be nice!
