I am using iPhone SE 2020 with iOS 14.3. Am facing an issue that even when the phone is on silent, camera shutter sound does not get silenced. All the photos that I take even in the vibrate or silent mode make shutter sound noise which is very annoying and looks like a bug. Can someone help please to silence this shutter sound?

That model is for the Japanese market. That is indeed one of the regions where silencing the camera is not permitted. The restriction can not be overcome.

If the device is from a region where silencing the camera shutter sound is not permitted, that restriction can not be changed.
No. Other iPhones that I have at home are working fine. Their shutter sound does get silenced. Other iPhones using the same iOS that I have at home are iPhone 7, XS Max and 6S.
What is the model number at Settings - General - About - Model = ???
