Mine was working and then it stopped. I paid a lot of money for something that only worked for less that 2 months. I cotacted the seller and got no response. Don't waste your money on this unsupported crap.

You need at least a 20W charger for MagSafe. See this:--> How to use your MagSafe Duo Charger with iPhone 12 models and Apple Watch - Apple Support

I use a MacBook 29W Charger, and it exhibits the same issue. Can an Apple personell tell me why that is the case?
It only charges 1 device (at a time). To charge a different device, I have to remove one, and then put the other one on.
Yes same here. I don’t even use mine anymore. It’s a $100 waste and apple has done nothing to do right by the people who have purchase it. I sent mine back under warranty and they sent me a new one. Within weeks same thing happened.
Having the same issue. Using a 30w Apple charger. iPhone side died. Apple is replacing but worried this is going to be an ongoing issue. I’d like to just return it but was told it is now outside the return window. Not happy with this Apple product.
What charger are you using for your new MagSafe duo?
My iPhone 12's battery is being completely drained when on my mag safe magnetic charger.
I am using a 20w USB-C charger and the cord that came with the mag safe duo charger. It charges the watch, but not the iPhone 12.

Would that be wise to use MacBook Adapter which 61W for Duo charger? it charges very slow if used.
Apple MagSafe Duo requires at least their 20w charger (11w too the phone). It doesn't support the 29w charger at all; but, the 30w works for fast charge. (14w to the phone).
It’s 6wks later but I had the same issue in February. Apple replaced it. Now the new one has stopped working. I wish there was a way to get a refund because it’s obviously defective.
I have the same issue. Charges only one item at a time. Using 29W charger; should be sufficient. Not sure if I have to use 20W exact charger. Have not tried yet.
I have a Duo Charger with a 61W brick, and it still doesn’t fully charge my iPhone, but does fine for the watch…suggestions??
