If one part of your MagSafe Duo Charger is not working, the first thing we would recommend is seeing if another iPhone charges as expected using the MagSafe Duo Charger or if another charger works as expected with your iPhone. That will allow us to isolate whether the device or the MagSafe Duo Charger is responsible for this issue.
