Hello, the thunderbolt driver is shown with a yellow triangle in device manager and the USBC port functions only with usb not thunderbolt capacities meaning a thunderbolt usb dock does not allow use of devices plugged on the docks ( functions perfectly under Mac OS). any ideas ? thank you

You need to install proper Thunderbolt drivers on Windows 10.
unfortunately Apple doesn’t provide Thunderbolt drivers in their Bootcamp drivers pack.

This implies that your Dock is the issue, not the TB3 drivers in Windows/Bootcamp. The dock is not honoring the TB3 protocol. You should verify that it is a TB3, not a USB3.x device, and connected to the TB3 bus, not the USB3 bus.

You should contact Belkin. Also, if you have a Windows PC with TB3, you should connect the Dock and check if it functions in a standard PC.

I might be wrong, but, as far as I can remember, I had to manually install Intel thunderbolt drivers for every port under Win Device Manager
Do you see this after you connect the TB dock or before? What devices do you see as unknown in Windows Device Manager when you connect the dock? What is the brand/model of the dock?
Does this error display only with the Belkin Dock attached?
Thank you. I already downloaded these drivers but unable to install. I tried both automatically with the intel thunderbold installer but there is an error then manually by installing the .Inf files but still an orange triangle near the TB driver. Thank you. Looking for another solution

Hi. iMac 27. 2020 TB ok under Big Sur. Boot camp drivers installed but TB not functioning under win 10 and message that device not functioning properly.

When you say every port do you mean the port marked usb 3.1 in device manager. Do you have full thunderbolt functions under boot camp ( including speed and use of thunderbolt docks ?)

I'm sorry for the confusion, the Thunderbolt driver is installed on Thunderbolt Controller, under System Devices in Win Device Manger.
I confused with USB Controller which isn't Thunderbolt related.
