My MacBook Air 2020 has a lot of air bubbles under the screen what should I do?

It's under warranty, make an appointment and have it looked at. If you've had it less than 14 days Apple will take it back no questions asked.

I would make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store genius bar and have it evaluated https://support.apple.com/repair
You'll need to get it looked at if the screen itself has defects. I hope you didn't damage it with that screen protector. BTW there's no need for those kind of things.
yes I put a screen protector on but I took it of a few weeks ago
