Why is my switch control grayed out I connected a Logitech slim folio and a Microsoft mouse and my assistive touch is off i restarted my iPad and it s still grayed out.[iOS 14]

Thanks for being a part of Apple Support Communities. It appears the Switch Controller option is dimmed in Accessibility on your iPad. We'll do our best to help sort this out for you!
In Settings > Accessibility > Touch, is Assistive Touch enabled? If so, try to disable it and see if the Switch Controller option is no longer dimmed.
If that doesn't sort this out, you may have to dive deeper to solve this. Try to Contact Apple Support
