Disable Do Not Disturb On Your iPhone

  1. Launch theĀ SettingsĀ app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on theĀ Do Not DisturbĀ option.
  3. Turn the toggle forĀ Do Not DisturbĀ to theĀ off position.

Make Sure The iPhone Speaker Works

If your iPhoneā€™s speaker is broken or a part of the speaker hardware is malfunctioning, it could cause your iPhone not to play any sounds including for incoming phone calls. One way to verify this is toĀ try and play some musicĀ on your phone.

Turn Off Call Forwarding On Your iPhone

If call forwarding is enabled on your iPhone, itā€™ll forward all your incoming calls to your specified number or toĀ your voicemail. This may be why your iPhone is not ringing, as itā€™s simply receiving any calls because those calls are being sent to the forwarded number.

Disabling call forwarding will fix the issue.

  1. Open theĀ SettingsĀ app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on theĀ PhoneĀ option.
  3. FindĀ Call ForwardingĀ and tap on it.
  4. Disable theĀ Call ForwardingĀ option.
