Refunds for accidental purchases
Why am I being denied a refund for an accidental purchase? (My thumb on the home button after my 4 year old had my phone, paid for a $160 lifetime membership to an app I only wanted to use once for free. I am so upset this has ruined my Christmas and broken me.) The claim was rejected twice without explanation and is now closed - there is no way to email or escalate my issue. HELP! I’m devastated
