Separate In Box

I get a lot of mail from one sender. I want his email to always go directly to a different mailbox, so as to not clutter up my main email box. How to set up a separate mailbox for one specific sender, on my MacBook?

Can I separate an inbox in Mac mail? I use Mac mail for all my emails and have two addresses which go into the main merged inbox, my personal email and my work email. I have now set up a third email address for someone working for me. I need to be able to see comings and goings on it, but I don't want the emails coming into my main merged inbox, as I keep replying to them by accident. Is there a way to do that, or a workaround? I know that I could just go into my own work inbox and my personal inbox separately, but I love being able to use the main merged inbox, as I don't worry I am missing anything. How to make a mailbox containing not all but a selection of my inboxes? Hi all, I have a question. I have 3 mail accounts in my Mac mail. In the favourites bar on the left, I see "All Inboxes", but I would really like to have an option which shows the inbox of just 2 mail accounts. I already tried to create a smart mailbox with either of the following criteria: Recipient contains email A Recipient contains email B However this gives me all the emails, not only the ones that currently are in the inbox. Therefore, I added the following criteria: Mail must be in "All Inbox" However, this is not working because for the first criteria to work, I had to choose that it should contain any criteria not all, because otherwise the smart mailbox would only contain mails that are addressed to both mail A and B. Is there any other way to get an overview of only two emails? Thanks in advance!

How to set a primary email account when I have three different email accounts I have three email accounts on an iMac running Big Sur. I want to set one of them as the primary so that all sent mail goes from that account. Now all sent mail is going from an account I do not want to use for that purpose. How can I change it to the account from which I do want sent mail to go??
