I keep getting an error code redemption is not available. I use the link Roku gave me and I still haven't been able to get the 3 months free.

I bought a new roku device because there is suppose to be a free 3 months for AppleTV. None of the codes have worked. The error code when I get to the link for to redeem goes to tv.apple.com/redeem and the error says Code redemption is currently not available. I have emailed Roku a dozen times about it and now they are telling me to contact Apple support. If anyone can help please?

Based on your post it sounds like you're having trouble redeeming your Apple TV+ trial with your new Roku device. Just to confirm, have you tried claiming the offer on an Apple device or a PC using iTunes?
