Recovery Mode not working on my M1 Macbook Air

When I enter Recovery mode on my newly bought M1 Macbook Air this error showed up. I don't know why this is showing up. Does this mean I have to reinstall Big Sur again? The mac is working normal except that the recovery mode is not working at all.
