I am attempting to find out how to fix some minor cosmetic damage to my 2020 Apple MacBook Pro 13 inch and it’s asking for a ss number to get to Apple support which will not accept the serial number I’ve tried typing it in many times is the zero or o is the Is there a human anywhere they could possibly help is there anyone anywhere that cares for the amount of money you spend on this thing it should have a little man that pops out of the side of the computer and does it for you

Where you can, see about using Copy/Paste keyboard tools to capture

information where it already exists; & put that info where you need it.

Usually when Letters and Numbers are used as Identifiers, there's a pattern.

And a number 0 Zero is a different shape than letter capital Oh.

In the 'About this Mac' area under Apple (icon) menu, a serial number

may be evident; this could be Copied and Pasted elsewhere. How to
