Apple watch cellular connection in India

I'm planning to buy an apple watch series 6 GPS+cellular from US.

When I checked the LTE bands supported by A2294 (US apple watch model), Its shown that it supports Band 1 (LTE 2100 MHz), Band 3 (LTE 1800 MHz) and Band 40 (TD 2300), which are the frequencies used in India for LTE connections.

Is this frequency match enough for Apple watch cellular to work in India with Indian Sims?

No. You cannot use U.S. Watch GPS + Cellular model in India.

It will only works as GPS only Watch.

And Warranty & services are only valid in U.S.
