Why is Apple trying to charge my debit card for a free previously downloaded app?
When you have a card on an account it has to be a valid card and have sufficient balance so that a temporary authorisation hold can be applied to check that it's valid
1.55 is unlikely to be enough (obviously depending upon where you are and the currency of the unspecified '1.55' is). Either remove the card, replace it with a valid card, or increase the balance on it
Why do you think Apple is trying to charge you, what happens and when/where is it happening ?
When I try to re download any app either one that I already had on my phone or a free app it's when my balance is low on my debit card.
Well that's just dumb. Android doesn't do that. A free app that's already been on my phone? Ridiculous! I hate this phone
