Reset iPhone X to factory settings

We just gave our daughter a new iPhone 1

she transfer all the info to the new phone and now I can’t sign out from her iPhone X because is saying :

sign out is not available due to restrictions.

what I have to do to sign out in order to reset the iPhone X to the factory settings.
