How do I change login background?

just got a new macbook (have only had windows before) how do I change the login screen background? I really hate how the default image looks haha already changed the regular bg already but doesn't seem to give easy option for the login one in settings

Can the background which is displayed before login be changed? Can the image background be specified before a user logs in? I've searched for this online and all I found was numerous posts on how to change the user profile specific background image for the desktop. I am using macOS Big Sur and presently after the operating system boots there is a orange / red background image displayed then the user login and password prompts, can this be changed?

It's never been simple as Apple designs the OS to have the look it wants.
