Not enough space on iwatch 3

How to install Os7 on my series 3 iwatch? It requires 3.2 GB free space and it shows I have only 2.2gB available. I do not have any songs, movies or videos on the watch.

I am wondering how 5.8GB is used and where to see the list of the apps using it so that I can clear some to make space.

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files

and also clears the system cache freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.
