not eligible for apple care +?
I just purchased a brand new ipad mini5 for my mom. I tried to get apple care + and was told it is not eligible for extended apple care. Why?
See especially "how to buy" here. Hopefully you purchased the iPad at an Authorized Apple Retailer, and it came in a brand new, factory sealed box.
