iPhone XR Camera Quality is crappy! How do I fix it?

I've had my iPhone XR, and have been trying to take pictures on it but the pictures look like they are blurry or some sort of beauty filter is on it. I know this has to do with ISO, and it really bothers me that it looks like this. In low lighting, I should be able to see details of my face and not this blurred out version that makes it look like I have an android. My iPhone is currently running on iOS 14.3. I've heard that this issue was supposed to be fixed in an iOS 12 update, but it seems like it never has.

If I wanted android quality, I would have bought an android for way less money.
