SweatCoin Apple Watch App not working with iPhone

I have downloaded the Sweatcoin app on both my iPhone and my Apple Watch.

When I open Sweatcoin on my Apple Watch, it says, "Hi, I am Sweatcoin. Open me on your phone to begin." I do indeed follow the app's instructions. However, when I open it on the iPhone Sweatcoin, nothing happens on the Apple Watch app. I have tried this multiple times, 6 times in fact, but nothing ever happens. I tried to do different things, such as rebooting both devices, yet nothing happens.

I was hoping that someone here could help.

If we understand correctly, you’re setting up your Apple Watch and the Sweatcoin app is prompting you to continue on your iPhone. It sounds like you’re stuck here because nothing happens on your Apple Watch. It also sounds like you’ve done some great troubleshooting in starting both devices.

If you’re sure that you have the latest version of the Sweatcoin app installed on both devices, and you’ve exhausted basic troubleshooting, you may need to reach out to Sweatcoin for help.
