IOS 14.3 is loading for more than 24 hours on a stable very high speed Wifi but not responding as in the attached screenshot, what should I do to install it?

IOS 16 problems Just updated to IOS this morning and wifi just keeps going on and off constantly. I will not stay connected. Signed into an old android I had and no problems. Same with a laptop. What kind I do? It is obviously the update, as it has never had a problem like this before. So frustrating. It's a 13, btw.

You’re not on WiFi. You’re on a personal hotspot. You need to be on real WiFi.
