How do I download apps and do payments with my finger print?

How to use only your finger print for payment and download apps without having to use my Apple ID? My Apple ID is driving me crazy 😜! Someone else, please help!!! I’m 🙏praying for anyone to see 👀🤓👁

Go to Settings/Touch ID & Passcode, enter your passcode, then turn on the appropriate switches.
