Exchange iPhone 12
Purchased iPhone 12max pro for my wife. It doesn’t have enough gb. Can I exchange for another? Does it matter what Apple store I go to? Is their a fee for the exchange?

You have 14 days (often longer during the holidays) to return a purchase to Apple for full refund. You can then get whichever phone you prefer. And it doesn't matter which Apple Store you go to as long as the phone was purchased from Apple to begin with.
