No Apple employees in this forum, only users of Apple products. You have 14 days from buying brand new iPhone from Apple Store to return it. You probraly have to pay the difference, if that is the case.

I just bought an iphone 11 pro max yesterday with only 64gb and i want to upgrade to 256gb
