I dropped my iphone 11 in water and then end up putting it on the charger not knowing that it wasn’t completely dry now throughout the day my screen shows up weird can Apple fix this ?

Sorry but water damaged phones cannot be repaired, nor is it covered under warranty. You will need to purchase a replacement phone.

Most likely not and, unfortunately, liquid damage is not covered in the basic hardware warranty. However, you may get the option to get a replacement phone at a reduced cost if you elected to purchase an AppleCare+ plan when you bought this phone.
