hi, i recently purchased a iphone xr, and when the ringer is off , snapchat and the camera app still make a loud shutter noise. is there any way to fix this without sending it back?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Apple Support Communities. We see that you are unable to turn off the shutter sound on your new iPhone in the Camera app and in the Snapchat app.
