Screen stuttering on iPhone 12

While scrolling through some app pages I’ve seen the screen actually skipping frames. It’s annoying, Looking online this issue has been on since the iPhone x/Xs and the 11 series and now the 12. Tried turning off the Zoom focus option in accessibility as recommended in some solutions online, but it’s still there. Do i need to replace the iPhone? Is it a bug or defect with the screen?

Can’t unzoom zoom window - screen frozen! Hi, I have the zoom window accessibility feature set up on my phone. I want to turn it off, however, my screen seems to have stopped responding fully and the zoom window won’t turn off nor move around the screen.
