Why does my brother get my text conversations I have with other people even when both of us have message in the iCloud section turned off and also, when he texts me it says that he is texting his own phone number even though we have different numbers. also for context, we have the same Apple ID and icloud

Thank you so much the issue was that on his phone his settings for messages it said that he sends messages and receives them from my number as well as his. thx
