Going to iPhone 8 from iPhone 8 Plus. Was able to transfer all apps and information. Trying to open apps but will not let me up load from cloud. Ask for password for my old Email address keep rejecting password. Who do I call for assistance?

It sounds like you are unable to access certain apps. We understand dhow important this is to you and we're here to help.


If a different Apple ID was used to download those apps, you would need to delete those apps and download them using your current Apple ID. This article should help: How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch


Once that is complete, test to see if the issue persists. If you are still having issues can you provide a few more details on what you are exactly seeing? Where the other email is originally from? Also, which iOS version you currently have installed?
