Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
My photos are not syncing between mac os (Catalina) and icloud.
They seem to sync between my iphone and icloud.
So all my older pictures that are on my mac, taken with another camera, can't be found on icloud.

Is iCloud set up correctly on the mac? Your mac needs to be signed in with the correct apple ID, and in Photos preferences, you need to have iCloud enabled, AND the library set as the system photo library.
