returning downloads to the dock

returning downloads to the dock

i accidentally removed downloads from the dock. i see some older answers that say to go to finder and then go and drag it. i don't see "go". can anyone help? thanks!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

Under the Go menu. If you can't find it, press the Shift, Command, and H keys while in the Finder.

In the Finder., move the cursor to the very top of the screen, click on Home, and drag the Downloads folder back.
